Workshops and teaching: helping teams and students turn theory into results

Where: Business teams, and business schools and incubators in France including ISG, Ascencia, Futurae and X-Up, the incubator at École Polytechnique
Languages: English, French and Spanish
Since: Visiting lecturer since 2022

What I launched: "Applied GenAI: Turn Theory into Campaigns", a course I designed, plus workshops for leadership teams

Sound familiar?

  • Your team comes back from training full of ideas, and nothing changes on Monday.

  • Everyone talks about AI in marketing, and nobody has built anything with it yet.

  • The leadership team has never sat down and agreed the plan together.

Where they were

Workshops are where much of my client work starts, and teaching is how I keep the method sharp. Both follow the same rule: participants bring a real problem and leave with it worked through.

How we worked

Workshops for leadership teams

Many of my engagements begin with a workshop that brings the leadership team into one room to agree what they are really trying to achieve. For a French fine-food house, the workshop set the direction for everything that followed. For an AI consultancy client, it ended with a concrete roadmap for marketing and sales.

Teaching in France

Since 2022 I have been a visiting lecturer at French business schools and incubators, including for-credit courses. They include "Applied GenAI: Turn Theory into Campaigns", a three to five-day course where students build real campaigns with AI tools, and lectures on corporate strategy, marketing and business development. I also coach Bachelor's and Master's students through their dissertations.

Going further

Every session is built around a live case, so participants leave with a campaign, a plan or a positioning they can use, not just notes.

What changed

  • Workshops that turn into concrete roadmaps

  • For-credit courses at French business schools

  • Sessions in English, French and Spanish

“Their workshop was well rounded and ended with a concrete roadmap for success.”

What it means for your business

Training only counts if something changes on Monday. Bring a real problem, work on it in the room, and leave with it solved.
